Barry’s experience in administering schemes since 1975 coincides with the remarkable expansion in the number and variety of schemes in southeast Queensland. Barry has held a Real Estate Licence & Trust Account since 1958. | Sue Seymour - Chief Executive Officer & Secretary of CTIQSue commenced her employment with AD Body Corporate Managers & Consultants (ADBC) in 2003. She has held senior management roles including numerous Nurse Manager positions throughout her 25 year career as a Registered Midwife with Queensland Health and brings to her a wealth of management and financial experience. | Jamaica Santos - Office Manager Jamaica has over 6 years experience in the industry and is an associate member of the Community Title Institute of Queensland. Jamaica oversees all staff in the office. She is also responsible for all aspects of the administration of bodies corporate and attends body corporate meetings. She remains in contact with the committee at all times to ensure they are kept informed of any issues that may arise throughout the year. His key role is to assist in the Maintenance Department, ensuring that various contractors are attending to the required issues we are notified of. | Marie Stevenson - Administration AssistantMarie has been with ADBC since 2003. She is responsible in ensuring that meeting notices and minutes are prepared and distributed to clients within the time frame required under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act (BCCM Act of 1997). Marie also provides support to the office manager assisting with the workflow throughout the office . | Esther Darke – Body Corporate AssistantEsther started work with ADBC in June 2002. Her key role is to assist the Accounts Payable division, ensuring that creditor’s invoices are paid every Friday. Esther also assists the Maintenance Department, liasing with various contractors and Bodies Corporate Committee to ensure work for the Body Corporate is done efficiently and promptly. | Norman Shrubsole – Architect, Business Development ManagerNorman is a registered Architect, (Registration Number 1147). He has 46 years experience in Architecture, 17 of those in his own practice. Norman is responsible for liasing with Architects and Developers at the initial development stage with a view to producing Administrative and Sinking Fund Budgets for new Bodies Corporate.
